TorahCom creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the Manalapan-Marlboro Jewish community of all backgrounds and affiliations.

The new Torah Center will further our ability to share the joy of learning and living a Torah life.

As an inviting Torah oasis along Union Hill Road, TorahCom is sure to make every person passing by feel at home.

PHASE 1: COMPLETE

Feasibility Study and Site Plan Design

October 2020 – TorahCom engaged a team of professionals to study the feasibility of constructing a new Torah Center on a 2.9 acre property located on Union Hill Road, a major artery of the Manalapan-Marlboro community, where more than 18,000 cars pass by daily.

PHASE 2: COMPLETE

Obtaining a Use Variance from Manalapan Township

October 2021 – Our professionals presented  a proposed site plan at a Manalapan Township Concept Meeting, where it was determined that in concept a new Torah center can be built if we obtained a Use Variance.

December 2021 –  Our Use Variance application was submitted. 

April 2022  – Manalapan Township Planning Board unanimously voted to draft a resolution of approval for our new Torah Center. 

May 2022 –  Use Variance Resolution Approved.

PHASE 3: IN PROGRESS

Building Dedications

June 2022 – TorahCom engaged an architect to draw up construction plans and to design a most welcoming space for personalized Torah study experiences.

December 2023 – Building Permits were issued.

May 2024 – Construction has begun.

Passing the Torch

TorahCom is an affiliate of the Rabbinical Seminary of America – Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim, founded in 1933. The Yeshiva imbues within its students a profound love for the Jewish People and a passion to disseminate Torah.

Over the past nine decades, RSA has branched out into a vast network of Torah institutions that share the beauty of Torah to thousands of students throughout the United States and Israel. TorahCom is proud to be counted among them.
